To boost realism, you can try using the free complex fresnel plugin from Siger (if you are not using it arleady) - https://www.sigershop.eu/free-3ds-max-plugins/
Also, is there dispersion used for the diamonds?

Yes, Firstly, I looked at some real jewelries and saw that the amount of dispersion is very very low in diamonds and I used amount of 50 for that slot.
