Appartement 43.

This project's a classic-modern 19th century Parisian apartment
Mostly I focused on the intense natural lighting and the simple but elegant furnishing.
Inspiration comes from photos around the internet and my small but beautiful experience in Paris.

Project made in 3ds Max, Corona renderer, Photoshop, AfterEffects.

Enjoy.

Good images, the only thing I dont like the wood floor material. I looks very artificial, bright and bumpy.

For the rest you got it!

Thank you!
I was not sure about the brightness of the floor also, but I end up to like it. I believe mostly in RL brightness doesn't go with that bumpy wooden floors.

Hey Apostolis,

awesome Renderings. Can U give us a brief tutorial, setting the great contrast of the pics is interesting for me. What light rig U use, HDRi and/or Sun and/or more lights? LUTs in the post?

best, Thomas

Hello ts_berlin, thank you.

Setting the contrast pretty high inside 3ds max,it was only with a help of HDRi and just some back-up lights to lighten up some dark-zones to make them look more natural. No luts used just soft light layers to give even more contrast to the level I wanted.

You are welcome.
