Guys, is it possible to have Corona as portable version? I've found that often I have to move around in different client offices where it would be straightforward for me to plug my USB drive and to open max + corona and show them something with IR?
Thanks in advance for this consideration.

Well, you do not need to run the installer. You only need to copy the appropriate dll files to appropriate locations. You will see the folder structure after using the "unpack files" option in the installer.
One thing that may be interesting for you is the new silent installation introduce in Corona 2: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000042196
But still, you will have to activate the license, and remember to have all the 3rd party plugins installed that 3ds Max has to use to render your scene properly.

Another thing you may find interesting is the Corona Standalone application. It lets you export stuff from 3ds Max and render it without 3ds Max: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000547357

from the start you need to run 3ds max, what is very heavy for loading form usb even if you make it portable in Virtual machine. Did you think about system requirement for running machine? You planing to run it at average notebook? This is useless request
