Why appears fireflies on CoronaLight material in Constant mode on thin geometry? This is shader core limitations? Because scene don't have GI.

Are those NaNs/INFs? can you send the scene?

yep, this is the traditional problem with selfintersections/leaks. Your geometry near the corners is extremely elongated, so there are some numerical issues. Setting embree triangles to precise seems to be helping with this scene a lot.
