I wish Corona had an easy, intuitive volume shader like Arnold 5's one but not complicated like V-Ray probabilistic shading, and IR definitely support it
Beside, deep data/OpenEXR 2.0 would be great

I see Ryzen 7 better in many test. Seems there is something about optimization with RAM bus

Hello!, im from the future! and been having this same problem. And this topic is the first and only thing i found on google so i just want to post my solution here for anyone having the same problem like me.

I encounter this problem when i convert normal and vray materials to corona. And the solution is to click this button here

The show material in viewport is still unclickable but you dont need to click it because the material is now automatically show in viewport anyway.

Over 2 years after that. Everyone know this except you at the moment. And you absolutely dont know this problem was solved in v1.5.

I see that Corona Triplanar UVW Mapping is missing in trello roadmap. Would be great to have it, though.
We removed it from out TODO since Autodesk is adding a standard one into the max 2017

Excuse me. Where can I find it in 3ds Max 2017?
