Masking by layer?

Hi, Im trying to generate an output image of Masking, carrying different colors for different layers, is this possible?
For post-production purposes in Photoshop, it would be much easier if I can take all vegetation of my render for example and put it in a layer and then edit them plants together.

Hello,

Maybe the simplest would be to give PSDManager a try ;)
Or you can assign the same ID to all your vegetation and output this ID with some masking Render Element.
