Xeon E5-2683 v3 benchmark weak results

(1/1)

moriah:
I got my new workstation last week and so far so good, apart from one thing. When running the corona benchmark i'm "only" getting 1:08 while other systems in there are getting 55s. This is a massive difference that i wasn't expecting, close to 20% in performance. Why is this happening? I have same cpu, same memory, fast ssd, everything is well cooled, turbo boost is on, etc.

Here's my system settings:

2x Xeon E5-2683 v3 (they run at 2.48ghz when benchmark is on, similar to other 55s results, it's NOT ES sample)
ASRock Rack EP2C612 WS
Kingston 64GB DDR4 2133
2x GTX 1070
Samsung EVO 850 250GB
Corsair AX1200
Windows 10 Pro fresh install

Also, i read that you can increase the BCLK or the FSB by 5% or so, but i don't have any of those settings in BIOS. Is there any software that does this inside Windows? Couldn't find any info about this matter. Everyone just says "just slightly increase base clock..."
