Hello Guys, I'm trying to render in network but have some issues, please see the attachment. I'm rendering one frame on 2 machines and it is splitting the mask on two parts.

Wow, I seriously do not know what I am looking at. Can you tell us more? What it should look like? What is it? Some wire shots?

Sure, sorry for the little info. this is the simple RGB mask, as you know it just needs to be red, green and blue, but in this example the colors are splited in 2 parts, one is correct and one is a little bit darker. This is the render itself

I wonder why your mask element is so noisy after 9 min of rendering? Shouldn't it be almost instantly clear?
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Hmm, yes I didn't paid attention to it, will check it. One thing I know defenetely, render times are huge on this package, it needs about 1.5 hour to clean out

You need to get some sort of sample rate pass on this and see where youre messing up, it shouldnt take so long for a clean render. As for the mask issue, the dark bars thing happens on DR's quite often because of gamma or missing texture issues but ive never seen it affect a render element in my snlurking around these forums. Does it happen on other render elements if you add them?

Does corona have sample rate pass? could't find it. I have SSS on food pieces and maybe it's the reason of long render times.... I have added all passes and this splitting is only noticeable on csmasking_mask, masking_ID and albedo passes

Hey I had the same problem with my DR just last week. One comp from my farm rendered a bit darker image.
My solution was "Format C: /s" - havent re-installed programs yet.

But is there a clear solution why one computer from my farm would make a bit darker rendering??

How is that a solution if you do not yet know if it worked? :D

Reasons of DR problems are seldom clear. The most obvious one would be wrong gamma setup on one node.

gamma correction is same on both machines. I have one more question about DR: DR is shutting down on every render end, is there a way to keep it running?

I just checked Corona 1.2.1 with DrServer 1.2.1 on a single PC and it does not shut down. I don't think it should. Maybe it is getting minimized into notification area?

sorry for late answer, it is starting a new 3ds max on every frame. Looks like it is useless if you doing 1-2 minute frames. is there any solution or I'm doing something wrong?

I am not sure if this is not a 3dsmax limitation, Ondrej would have to confirm this.

You can also use Backburner to render "one frame per one pc" way.
