My last study in Corona
I quite liked the effect that the Corona Volume Material in the sunshine gave the image

Is it less intuitive to setup than Vray's environment fog ?

I am user of Modo, so I can not tell you about the difference between the Vray and Corona.

I can say it was quite easy to achieve this result. I used the interactive rendering and was setting up to what best pleased.
