some really cool ideas here
I like the variety of subjects too

Oh, that kitchen... i thought i saw it years and years ago, when Corona wasn't even there.
I think because it is based on a concept by Disney artist Paul Fleix =D that he published in 2011

Christina Faraj did share a 3d model based on this concept too on Renderman website .

I think my answer here will help you :)

You might not need any of these missing features for simple archviz work,  but Vray is used in other fields that need them.  .

To add why Corona might better in some cases (I use it for Archviz /products rendering)
1-solid and fast interactive rendering
2-good post processing tools
3-built-in light mixer

A few months back there was a challenge to create a snow shader ..I was so busy that I couldn't participant but the idea was in my mind till today where i give it a try : ))
It's my first time using CoronaSkinMtl and I still need to dive more into it but for now i think it did the job nicely : ))
The snowball shader is fully procedural so no UV is required, but for the ground I added a bitmap to the mix to get extra details there .

WIP to show the progress of the material . (only the first one is Arnold  )

Hello !
It's been a while since I've posted any work here so here we are !
When I don't have a commercial project to render at night, I send these small animations to render just to keep my PC warm 😄
In this one I'm testing Corona with animated lights/light mixer

Impressive work ..I'm  really in love with the lighting  here !
Also thanks for answering all the questions here  as always ,that's so generous of you to do so !
Aside question tho..I did few renders for lighting products and usually they ask for a night or at least dark mood render as addition  ..how did you go with the decision  to go with bright mood?

heheheh the funny thing is I have received messages asking why the installer isn't working ! .i'm not sure if that a double joke or people have too much  trust in the internet :))

You should post that yesterday :]
