This looks like bump/normal, or displacement map. You can try to disable those maps and see if distortions are gone. After you establish cause of the issue, you can work on steps of eliminating it.

Not sure if i understand what you're trying to achieve, but i you only need 2 rows, then you only have to add 1 row separator. I think this sequence does what you need:

Can i ask why are you trying to install such old version? Corona 6 were released in August 2020, that's more than 6 months before 3ds Max 2022 release. Most likely that's the reason of your issue. I'd suggest to head down to Chaos Corona download page and  download and install the latest release, which works with 3ds Max 2016-2025. https://www.chaos.com/corona/download

Try to reset xforms of distributed objects. Also make sure that there's no significant amount of translation randomization in Z axis in scatter's transformation rollout.

I think you're really missing something, because that kind of effect is super easy to do with Corona AO. Here's few posts from the past where i show how to do dirt streaks.

I don't think you're breaking any rules, but... what's the purpose of your topic? If you have working script and you think it can be useful to others, then publish it on gumroad and make a new post in user contribution board. People who need it will buy it if price is fair.

At this point i think it would be best if you could attach some pictures to illustrate the issue. Show us the rendering and screenshots from viewport, as well as render setup and material settings. It might be that your render is overexposed to the level where no texture is visible only blown out contours of the objects, it might be something else, but it would take too long to guess it from verbal description alone.

Are textures not visible only in viewport, or are they're missing when rendered as well? You cab create box primitive, make sure that generate mapping coordinates is checked in command panel, assign that same material and see if textures are visible now. Try it with real-world map size option On and Off. If at any stage you will see the textures in viewport and/or in rendered image, then you will know that the issue is with your object's UV mapping, otherwise it could be that something wrong with material, maybe texture paths are missing, or something else. Let us know if that solves your issue or if you need further assistance.

Could it be the same issue like in this recent topic on the forum: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=44114.0 i.e. your objects might not have proper UV mapping for the textures to be visible?

Hi,

Are you sure that this exact setup has worked in the previous versions? AFAIK multiple refractive materials plugged into multimap were always problematic in Corona. Your best bet would be try to replace multi-material setup to multi-map one. That way there should be no known issues and limitations.
