is there is any link to download or any freelancer can make ?

Seems like you've already found the material you need on vray-materials.de

This can be converted to a corona material instantly using the scene/material converter which comes with Corona, as can any V-ray scene.

Here's a useful video on how to access the converter...

Make one metal material. Make one green oxidised material. Combine them into a layered material. Use Corona AO as a mask in the layered shader. Tweak settings until you're happy.
