Something a little different form us for this post. We've created a full 3D and VR ready kitchen space that runs on any modern web browser, without plugins or downloads. And of course the lighting here was all baked with Corona.

Guys that is sick but I can't understand how Corona was involved in the process.
My question may sound stupid but isn't this kind of stuff created using Unity/Unreal Engine?

I Guess they use corona for the hero renderings, and they are baking the light in a very low poly version of the model?
I thought the baking in corona was not that great yet

If you don't need projection baking, then Corona bakes the lighting pretty well.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Yeah, we've used Corona here for baking the lighting.

This type of thing is of course possible in Unreal, we experimented and used Unreal a while back but we've used WebGL here so this can be used in any browser on any device without any additional plugins. Most importantly, without having to download a huge bundle of data this loads pretty quickly.
