Title: Open GL preview of shadows of Corona Lights in C4D
Post by: martinfdc on 2018-04-05, 17:39:37
It would be awesome if Corona could provide a preview of shadows Corona lights produce in a scene via Open GL.

This would work when a scene is very large and parsing takes too long making the interactive renderer unusable. Via open GL one could work with shadows in a precise way and be sure where are they going to appear once the scene is rendered.

For now, you can check the attached video and try like this, I think this is the solution for you this option is available in Corona 4 and above.

This is now supported. Please install V5 to test it out. Make sure you turn on Enhanced OpenGL in Corona>preferences and also make sure it is enabled in the view options. :)
