Hello, we have the problem that a certain object appears always darker in the team renderer. Enclosed screenshots, I upload the file via the private uploader, since the persons are protected by copyright.
Is this error known or why does it happen?
Thanks
tuami

Hello, I have tested your scene and am getting the same results locally as I am via TeamRender. No lighting change.

Hi tuami!
We cannot reproduce this issue by any means... Just out of curiosity - are all of your machines Windows 10?
-
It seems to me that the issue is that textures are not working on the remote machine. Can you try rendering only on the remote machine? Will the result be black then?

hello houska,
thanks for the help.
We work on network drives and many different assets and textures load from different places-
But I´ve checked the textures with the project inspector and the textures are loaded succesfully.
and correctly from the different places.
However, it seems that there are problems with xref objects when the path is set to relative.
If we set the Xref object path to absolute, the problem will no longer occure.
the problem is when another xref is there with path set to relative the object with path to absolute dissapear.
Very strange, i think this is maxon related and we now only using absolute paths.
Thanks anyway houska!

Thanks for the update Tuami. I had initially suspected the XRef as the issue but dismissed it. We appreciate the info!

I will confirm that the Xref issue is indeed a Maxon issue. I had this problem last year and learned of this bug over on C4DCafe.com. I didn't realize you had Xrefs in that scene or I would have mentioned it. Xrefs would be very useful if they worked properly, but I don't trust them. I've had a car model's parts explode when trying to scale it.
