Unfortunately if I run the remove unused Material Command from Cinema it also removes the Volume Material from the Global volume slot in the Scene Environment tab which is kind of unwanted.

Possible to fix that?

Can't you apply it to some proxy object that will be invisible? Like a 1x1x1 cm cube outside of your actual scene. That way it would be 'used' in your scene and won't get deleted.

Putting it on a Null is a good work around but this should be fixed.

Putting it on null is what I did for now ;-)

It's just annoying if you forget to do it.
BTW same with copying layered materials between scenes and always missing the mats which are inside the layered mat ;-)

Yup, I did report it on Mantis awhile back.  Hopefully its an easy fix for the Corona team.

The "remove unused" thing seems like a bug to me... Moving to the appropriate forum
