Hello there

I´m having a bit of trouble with my rendering.I set up a Corona Volume material and put it in the Corona scene invironment settings to get some fog in my scene. Now i dont have reflections in my water and in the windows of my buildings. I actually want to have both and dont want to deside between one of the effects. Can anyone help me with that?

Sorry if this is a basic thing i should know, but i am relatively new in this

I am using Cinema 4D R25 and Corona Version 8

Hi there,

I can only assume that this is how it would also work in the real world, no? Volumetrics diminish things. You may need to play around to find the right balance between the volume distance and the desired reflection amount. Is the scene to scale? Alternatively, adding a Reflect pass in the multi-pass may help recover your reflections in post.

Hopefully, others may have a workflow that may suit you. ;)

Attached is a basic test.
