Hi,

What does the include/exclude mode do for the Corona Lights (Corona Light materials and Corona Light)? If I set them to ' include' and add my objects to the list, then the light is disabled.. and if I set the light to to 'Exclude' then it lights everything (even the objects that are set to be 'excluded')?

Howdy!

If you set it to "include" then all the objects you put in that list will be affected by that light. The object you did not put in there will not be affected by the light.

"Exclude" is pretty much the opposite of the above. Any object you put in the exclusion list won't be affected by the light.

Do note that GI and volumes are not affected. So for example if you have your Light A set to exclude the floor in your interior then you'll still see bounced light from the walls affecting the floor.

Hi there,
As @Nejc already mentioned, you can use the feature to include or exclude objects from receiving direct lighting.
You can find additional info regarding the Corona Light at the Docs portal - Corona Light
I hope this helps.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Have an amazing day/evening.
