I am new to Corona and have a question about using the Corona post processing on images rendered on a render farm. Can this be done and have full access to all the Corona post processing features? I have seen other discussions about saving as a .CXR file but I do not see that file type listed as an option in the render settings. Any help with this would be appreciated.

That is a very interesting question. Also, which render farms support Corona C4D Beta?

I do not know what render farms support Corona for C4D. I have not looked into that yet but I am looking to possibly switch from Arnold to Corona when it is out of beta. Using render farms is part of my regular workflow.

If I get this thread right, there's no Cinema4D Corona-Version released for Renderfarms yet:

Have a nice weekend,

I have been using RANCH COMPUTING since Beta 1. They even had daily builds installed.
Their c4d plugin works pretty well. Just contact them to make sure you use the same corona version.

According to the trello board, CXR saving support in PV is scheduled for v.3
Can somebody let me know if it's already in the current daily?
Thanks.

Thanks for the info.  I currently use ranch to render my Arnold scenes so that is good to hear.

Very interested to know more about this too. I have used Ranch - who seemed good. But yes, the post tweaks were missing from the final render.

I suppose you'd just do them in the Corona standalonne? But It'd still be good to know more about the workflow
