Hi everyone

Is there a good and fast way to output render passes such as object buffers, IDs/masks, zdepth, basically any pass that dont need light calculation or materials? Rendering out in ""full mode" is kind of too much time.
In c4d I used to delete all materials and lights/GI to render those passes in a breeze. Is there a similar workflow in Corona?

Thanks in advance
Nuno

would be nice
to support Custom Presets with Corona Multi-Pass (As is in VFB)

PS (about VFB Save/Load)
Have you considered making it a drop down menu (list) with only +/- buttons instead of Save, Load then browsing (most simply use a project folder)?
ie.

:)

That would be for the core devs to answer. I personally think it might be a good idea.

Edit: Ondra says it will be done at some point :-)

In case the original poster didn't get what the answer was :) See the helpdesk at https://help.c4d.corona-renderer.com/support/solutions/articles/12000023596-what-multi-pass-channels-are-available- - this shows how to set up multipass, and the second image down shows how to render just the multipass and not the beauty render. No need to edit or change your scene to delete lights or materials, the checkbox there will take care of that for you and generate only geometry, mask, passes. Hope this helps!

Yes, perfect! Wasn't aware of that functionality, pretty handy.

Thank you
