Yeah something like that. I have been able to get a velocity pass to show up if motion blur is enabled. Your example appears to have blur on, which of course, defeats the purpose. Your pawe is blurry. Isn’t it supposed to be solid colors like this example from the Corona team?

@TomG Any updates on this Velocity issue I posted about? I still can't get it work at all using Beta2 on Mac or Windows.

[C4D] Bug Reporting / IR Still Unstable on Mac

This has been an issue for a while now. If I have the IR working and I click and move objects enough, after a while I will get a crash or just the spinning beach ball of death forever. Not sure if this happens on the Windows version or not. It's pretty random and can happen with the simplest of scenes. Not really easily repeatable, but it happens often for me.

Just to clarify, your large render you say is 190cm x 240cm. What resolution is that? Is that 72dpi at 5,385 pixels wide or 300dpi at 22,200 pixels wide? Just so we know what you're dealing with. Did you change to Vray? What time was "acceptable" after you changed the render engine? I find many people don't understand the final use of digital files and go overboard with the render settings.

For example, an image used on a billboard along a road will be viewed from at least 100 feet away if not more. You can get away with VERY low resolutions and high noise levels. When you're that far way, your eyes blend it all together. Certain types of printing have the same issues. Always make sure you speak with a production person who will use your final artwork.

Most of our clients are Honda associations around the US. So all the dealers in one area get together and put their advertising money in one pot and work to sell the brand and not just their store. So yes, I like Honda as it puts food on the table.

This happened on my Macs and one PC. I recently had a similar issue with the plugin not showing up. A couple of things I learned. One, that Customize option mentioned above. When I click that, R20 was not already checked. But I still didn't see the plugin. Then I noticed at some point a workstation only had the Client installed, then later the full C4D install. What this creates is TWO separate Team Render Clients, one inside the C4D folder and one in it's own client. The installer was installing into the standalone render client. Deleting the standalone usually fixes the issue. BUT.... I continued having issues. Then I realized that, at least in R20, there is no "plugins" folder by default. The default plugins folder is in a a Maxon prefs folder that the install does not have access to.

As soon as I created a plugins folder, the installer was happy.
