I've got an email from corona renderer telling me that my payment was declined without much explaination and told me to update my payment info, after that i got charged by you guys for about 1$ and then nothing happened, no info no charge for next month payment, nothing, am i safe or what because i'm in the discount price, if my subscribtion got cancelled then i've to pay the full price, someone help ?

About the failed payment: please contact us at http://corona-renderer.com/help. We will suggest you additional steps to take. First one is contacting your bank to find out what went wrong. It is possible your card does not allow automatic rebills. The solution would be to switch to yearly payment, or tell your bank to allow them.
