chaos cosmos library not loading

When i try open the chaos cosmos library , i click the button and nothing happens yet my task manager says the application is running. can anyone help?? i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything

can you unplug your other monitors and see if cosmos is not opening in any place other than your primary monitor?

also when you do that remember to uncheck the option shown in the attached screenshot
