No, you can simply reduce RGB level value in bitmap node to something like 0.8

Thanks Rawlanche. So I am assuming we are trying to achieve a LOG or RAW footage and then use a LUT to get back that detail. Am I right?

Nope, it's simpler than that. There are very few materials in the world that reflect more than 85% of incoming light, and regular white wall paint is definitely not one of them. It's simply about not making materials unrealistically bright, which then results into light energy not decaying enough when bouncing in corners and not producing strong enough contact shadows.

can u ell us the light setup u use with the sunny shot that i see the light rays in it
and what the name of hdri and how u setp it plz

Don't forget the dark splodges in the real foto is imperfection in building it. nothing is really straight. Also along the cronice and espacially in the corner there are gabs and stuff. So reflection off light is absorbt differently..
