would it be possible to add random flip u, flip v... to add more extra touch in randomness e.g say for cutouts.
its possible to just mirror(built in) the object/geometry randomly, but i think its more powerful/automatic in the texture level especially for multiple/thousands of instances.

here is a macroscript... must be in perspective view to use it.

-just drag the script to your 3ds max window.. you can find the scripts in cui-category-ebbmaxscript
-to use, just add a shortcut,add to menu,quad, etc.


requirement: corona 1.7 and higher
update: modified the script to work perfectly in newest released

i dont know if this bug was already discussed... i noticed a problem with "corona material with corona displacement" + "corona scatter".

example scene setup:
- a flat plane with simple corona material with corona displacement enabled -- noise map
- corona scatter object with the "flat plane" act as "distribution on object"

problem:
- the scatter objects dont stick on the flat plane with displacement in render/interactive. somehow the scatter objects is still stays as if the plane is flat

Hi everybody.

just want to share my latest script to all of you corona guys... the idea is from the "vray ies preset" so i build a similar script for corona.

Hope you find it useful.

To install:
-just drag the script to your 3ds max window.. you can find the scripts in cui-category-ebbmaxscript
-you may add a shortcut,add to menu,quad, etc.
-tested on:  3ds Max/Design 2014, corona v1.0

v1.02 - support for corona 1.1
v1.01 - minor changes optimize the script
