As soon as we haven't adaptive sampling for DoF and Motion blur I think it will be useful to have an override intensity for reflections/refractions in Corona sun. It is pain in @ss to avoid sun reflections in DoF and MB as we can't sample it till smooth enough.

I agree. I requested this already, it was rejected due to potential problems in shading. I still think it would be a very important feature, also for normal lights.

I hope it will not be rejected as we can't resolve this problem other way.

You can still work around this by making the sun invisible in reflections and create an object that will be reflected instead.
I still hope it's going to be solved within the sun object, it would make things a lot easier.
