Title: Best printer for Visualization
Post by: Alex Abarca on 2014-05-24, 22:31:59
Can I get the opinion of fellow CG scientists to choose the best overall printer on the market for Viz?

I am looking for an A3 and Super B size, I am thinking of this..

But I would like input from colleagues.

Thank you

In general there are many printers out there that produce fine results. For colors its a matter of matching your screen to the printeroutput. I personaly prefer inkjet before laser, becouse of saturation. The fine nuances in green in example doesnt outcome so good on a laserprinter. I can only speak for our machine (Kyocera 3050ci).

I recommend Epson Stylus Photo R3000. 9-color best quality printing.
