Getting sick to the back teeth of dealing with licensing issues. Corona 3ds max will not see my license even when I click on license server and it shows its available and ready for use. have a deadline tomorrow and should be rendering right now. You pay for a product and get shafted. License server has been updated to latest

This should be attended as a mayor issue, its happening also when you have to sessions of max working with corona, one is rendering an image and the other one you open ask for a license in the same machine, this should not be a email support more than 24 hours delay response, we have our workflow interrumpted bu license not found issues all the time, not a expected response to your loyal users.

This is driving me absolutely nuts, it just randomly works and fails whenever it decides, How is this supposed to be used professionally when you are at the whim of a license server.

While we've flagged it with the licensing team that there seems to be an issue, given the reports we're seeing in various forum threads, do please still send in individual tickets as well as those tickets will help identify what is going on (everyone, everyone in a certain place, etc etc). Apologies for the inconvenience (both the licensing issue, and the request to send in a ticket).

I have done, but unfortunately that doesn't help with my workload and being unable to do any work when this happens. I feel completely helpless on what I can do to just work with something I PAID for.

It's working at the moment but unsure if it was because of the fix or I just reinstalled everything from scratch. Hoping this is a proper fix

with 2 deadlines looming same thing happened to me yesterday, even though lic updated a couple of weeks ago as per warnings to 6.2+
got onto support, no reply - reinstalled lic and worked,
a day later still no reply, what would have happened if it didnt work after reinstall??
I am giving them benefit of doubt that they know it's working from me running it, hence no need to reply

Hi guys,

i just had the same problem. The license was available on the license server - but Corona was not functioning in 3dsmax. Starting 3dsmax took several minutes, changing the renderer to corona took minutes - something was definitely not right.

Updated license server -> nothing
Reinstalling Corona -> nothing
Restarted PC -> nothing
Signing out of my Chaos Account and Log in again -> Now it works again.

There was a brief (14 minute) outage on getting a license on the server side. All should be working normally for the last 30 mins or so, with only borrowing a license still being affected by some issues.
