Could not find much about Normal pass in general when searching internets. Is someone using it for creating "luminosity"masks in photoshop? I was thinking of maybe it could add some highlights in the right lighting direction for leaves etc.

Hello!

I have a problem with black lines/ dots when rendering with Corona Camera 360 Spherical.
It apperas also when using Corona Camera modifier. It disappers when rendering in the Corona Interactive.

Do I have some settings that i missed?

Thanks for the replay!

I was thinking more like a function for creating none repeating materials...the trick where you rotate the texture and blend it to the none rotated.

Would be nice to do it with out two bitmap "nodes".

Turns out I'm just an idiot :) Corona one was the png loaded, not the hdri.

False flag!

Sorry, forgot to write that.
Its a difference in brightness/light emitted.
Going for a picture now.

Update:
Maybe its not brighter, just sky rendering differently.
Rendered with physical camera, Corona Interactive (1.6)

Hello!

I was trying some HDRIs, and loaded the same HDRI into both Corona Bitmap and STD Bitmap, with different results in the renderer.
The setting seems to be the same to me, but why the different result?

Hello!

With a half tight budget, which model packs would you recommend for
exteriors (such as trees, plants, grass, rocks , pavement etc)

High quality is preferred over quantity, and also European styles/vegetation.

Which packs cant you live without? :)

Do you have any advice in what file format to use for best performance?
I use jpg 16 bit grayscale, 8000 x8000 pixels for 70m x70m square.

Should I subdived the plane or it doesn't matter?

Great, it was loaded with 2,2 and for example -100 black, 100 white. Still see a little shift but now it works!

I don't get the displacement function.
It seems that 50 % grey does not generate 0 mm displacement?
How does it work?
