At the moment, Corona does not support non-ASCII characters in EXR channels. This is by design to keep our files compatible with third-party software like Photoshop and Nuke. Feel to log it as feature req if this is absolute important for you to have.

1. Which version of Corona are you using?
2. Does the issue happen in just one file or in all files?
3. Did you set up LightMix manually or automatically from Render Setup > Scene tab > Setup LightMix?
4. Are you using 3ds Max 2024 or 2025?

This is because in your scene there is nothing to reflect other than just plain color and empty space. You can override the reflection with some HDRI either on full scene or on some specific material. see screenshot attached.

The above is definitely a bug, thanks for bringing it up.

I reproduced it and it is reported now.
The solution is to select an object which does not have CoronaPatternMod applied, and then select object with pattern. The select and move will work fine afterwards.

Hi, another issue with CoronaPattern applied objects; it seems to mess with both snaps (they don't work correctly when a pattern is on the object) and also with Undo function. 3dsmax 2025.2, latest daily

Hi, I am unable to reproduce this issue on my end, Can you let me know some simple steps to reproduce this issue on my end? You can also attach a simple file for me to reproduce it.

Hi! I need a bit more info to understand the problem better. Can you please answer the following:

What is your setup like? (Corona version, 3ds Max version, render manager, OS, etc.)
Are you using Corona DR or some other software's?
Does the DR job stop suddenly or get cancelled before finishing?
Do you see any error messages when this happens?
Does this issue happen every time you render, even with a simple test scene?
If you manually delete everything from the DrData folder, does the issue still come back?
Is this issue only happening with one specific scene or with all your projects?

Can you please provide a bit more context about what you are doing?

Lets start by checking if you are using latest version of corona? At present, the latest version if Corona 12 update 1 HF 1.

can you show what you have in viewport, your material setup, where your camera is looking at, have you changed any corona render setup setting and at what resolution you are doing IR?

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my end. Which version of 3ds Max you are using? Does it happen every single time or randomly? Is this issue scene specific or it is happening even on empty 3ds Max file?

The steps to reproduce this issue would be

-Open 1st instance of 3ds Max and start IR
-At the same time, start 1 more instance of 3ds Max
-Observe Crash?

Is that correct?

This is not possible to do using Corona converter or V-Ray converter. You will need to use some 3rd party script to first convert to V-Ray materials and then you can use Corona Converter to convert V-Ray material to Corona Materials.
