Excluding Corona Scene Environment/Background image from DOF

Atlantis:
Using a background image in the Corona scene environment doesn't work with DOF. It get's too blurry.
A switch to turn off DOF calculation on background images would be great.

Atlantis:
Would still be a nice feature. The current implementation makes DOF nearly unusable for architectural visualizations with a background image.

pokoy:
This has been request a long time ago multiple times. So far no luck, but it definitely would be useful in some cases.
