FUR (Hair Objects) support

Support for fur growth mode, cinema 4d has a good algorithm when it comes to growing and distributing hair with Fur, which currently does not work with corona renderer. it only works with a regular Grow Hair.

I believe this is related to spline rendering, which we don't support yet. We have it penciled in for V8.

fur is maxon hair rendering, not spline based.

we had support for it in old vray via the maxon hair support at least , (so i think should be possible to make via the existing maxon hair support)
