Hi,

I have had this strange problem lately. All corona's own material library materials disappears from scene. Material is black and says no such material. This does not happen with any other materials. Another thing is that forest pack gravels disappear too. Gravel might be working fine a few days and suddenly it's just gone.

I have never had this kind of problem and I have no idea what could be causing it. Could it be some kind of permission issue. Corona material library and forst pack is on c drive. None of my other materials are on c drive.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think you're talking about missing textures, not materials, right? It's most likely paths issue, for one reason or another, 3ds Max can't find the files at the specified locations. I don't know how Corona material library file paths are organized, since i don't use it, but you need to find a way how to resolve those paths, otherwise the textures will be missing. Same thing applies to Forest Pack's missing assets.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

But I wonder why it started happening now. It has been working nicely for years but in last 3 days it's happening regularly. Just opened scene for final render and corona material library materials were all gone and forest pack materials.

Have you tried relinking the texture?
