Chaos Corona for 3ds Max > [Max] Bug Reporting

CHAOS COSMOS WON'T OPEN ANYMORE

Hello,
One of my colleagues is working with 3ds Max 2025 and Corona 12HF1, but Chaos Cosmos is no longer opening. I don't see any error messages anywhere.
 Does anyone have any ideas on how to help, please?
Corona has been reinstalled multiple times without success.
