Fantastic renders! The lightning and materials are very well done. You could put this in a magazine and fool everyone thinking its real and not cgi. This deserves a making of :)

Wow! Amazing renders! How much were you able to do just in 3DS Max with Corona vs post process?

Incredible! So much attention to detail. I cant begin to think how many different type of materials you must have made.

Now if only they could also buy 3ds max from Autodesk :) I look forward to what V-Coronay will look like but at the end of the day I like everything Corona offers me for its price and ease of use. To put it into perspective it took me months to teach some people on my team how to use Vray and when we tried Corona it took them a week to make great renders.

I am glad at least that chaos group sees just how great corona is, and were able to put in a business offer to try to stay relevant as Corona will start taking over the market.

Hey folks, the guys at R&D group just released these. http://rendering.ru/ru_en/textures/aerial-textures.html

These could really come in handy for some people. Little pricey though as a Canadian user.

Just thought I would share.

very nice work. That is something I really love about Corona, you can get such awesome results just from the raw render you don't need to spend hours in post with 20 render elements.

The ground was made with a displacement map and some good texture work in photoshop. I also added some slight noise displacement to the ground to make it look uneven. You wont find many surfaces in nature that are 100% flat even in a desert.

Yes the clouds are from the HDRI image. Its Cloudy_sun38 from CG source. I also created a a noise map with a opacity map to simulate shadows on the mountains in the back.

Here is a small project personal I made based on the design by nottoscale. Everything besides the sky is 3D made with 3DS Max, Corona, Photoshop and weirdly enough Premiere Pro using the Lumetri color.

Fuse is great for adding mid quality people to your 3D scenes. Easy to use, and you can even export it fully rigged, and unwrapped. Adobe fuse is also relatively new so I can assume we will see many new features and options added over time.

Oh I see where the problem was. Since I live in Canada it was showing me the Canadian prices, but it had the Euro symbol next to it so I assumed it was the price in Euro's.
