Hi,
when using Corona UvwRandomizer Texmapon all the maps, I noticed an offset between them (displacement and diffuse for example not aligned).
Regards.

Hi Alexandre, could you show us an image of this? Or even better, a simple scene?
I think it may be expected that displacement and diffuse textures are not perfectly aligned (because displacement affects the geometry), but I am curious if other types of maps also get misaligned.
-
Hi. The UVW-Randomnizer doesn't work for displacementmaps. This is a known bug, that hasn't been fixed yet AFAIK.
Hope to see a fix soon :)

I was wondering about this. If I'm randomizing by mesh element for diffuse, do I copy the randomizer map for the other maps (reflect, bump, etc.)? How does the map know not to randomize those channels?
-
Yes. You need to have the randomizer in all places that should be affected, and all with the same settings.
Hope it helps

Any update on this issue?
I'm running Max 2023 and Corona 9 hotfix 1 and I've noticed it the displacement mapping still is not working with the CoronaUvwRandomizer map.
I've attached an image to clarify the problem. Left shows all texture inputs (Diffuse, Roughness, Bump and Displacement) ported through a CoronaUvwRandomizer map, right shows regular material with just the textures plugged in their slots.
