Instabilities of fast rendering of animation sequence frames

<< < (2/2)

mmarcotic:
Hello,

sadly I cannot confirm it. I ran the animation 3 times with different setups and all proceeded to render at 2seconds each, no distinct occurrences.
I am fairly certain that this was caused by some other program gaining priority and slowing down frame(s) rendering. Try to re-test with only C4D running.

Thanks,
Jan

Thank you. I'd like to tell you about my new discovery that during the stalling process, the computer is used as an idle process with almost no CPU loss. And I've compared the standard renderer to corona renderer with the same cartoon shader, and the standard renderer doesn't stall. I'm not sure if it's the effect of other programs on C4D, the effect of one of my plug-ins on Corona Render, or the compatibility of my hardware itself with Corona Render.
I'll try to find out why. Thanks again for your help!

mmarcotic:
I'll have some colleagues try this as well on their machines.

Thanks,
Jan

I have also tested this animation and each frame is rendered for the desired 3 seconds each. No issues were found.
