They said this was resolved, but evidently not.  All my corona\phoenix licenses just went away.  If anyone is awake over at Chaos\Corona please help, I'm in the middle of a deadline and CIE now won't open.  Going to try activating a demo but I need to deliver this packet this evening...thanks.

EDIT:  For anyone following this rollercoaster, about five hours after my licenses went away I got a 'Thanks for your subscription!' email and my licenses were back.  But with a 5 hour lag smack dab during a deadline.  I let support know, but this seems really weird.  Hoping to switch to annual to avoid anymore 'chaos' :)

Hello desperately need help with my license.

I did have 3ds Max 2023 and Corona 10 beta with 2 render nodes working perfectly.

Recent updated to 3DS Max 2024 and Corona 10 final. Now license isn't working.

I receive this message:
Failed to get license for product Corona for 3ds Max.
-199: Internal error: Please contact Chaos support.

I made a ticket and haven't gotten a response.

Any help would be appreciated.
I’ve attached my license page summary.

@Napola76 - in your support ticket #132731 you got this message from one of our support agents on Friday 30.06:
"Please send us full-page screenshots of both http://localhost:30304/ and http://localhost:30304/#/about from the affected machine."
