Getting extremely jaggy and distorted displacement. Black and white slightly blurred psd file as displacement. Tried 16 bit file and 8 bit file.

Sorry, we can't tell much from that image - at first glance it looks like the displacement is set way too high, displacing in centimeters when it should be in millimeters. But without seeing the image being used for displacement, knowing what the object is meant to be, and seeing the displacement settings used in the material, it's impossible to say. Feel free to share those extra details (along with version of C4D, version of Corona, etc. as well, which should be standard things to include when reporting any issues ;) )

Does mesh density affect displacement in Corona? I seem to recall it does make a big difference for C4D's built in render engines.
