Hey everyone,

I'm excited to share a teaser that I did for my current personal project.

American Icons, a concept that is meant to celebrate racing through simple light and form.
This series was inspired by the photography of Sarel Van Staden, the was the main goal was to showcase the main body lines with simple soft lights making the car to look like a sculpture.

Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you one of my latest personal projects.

Moon Gate 001

A series of circular structures that serves as a passage between two Worlds. Located in the Northern fjords, these structures provides a flight deck which generates energy with each take-off and landing.

It was meant to understand how to tackle large scale environments.
Terrain was generated with World Creator and Corona Scatter for the forest. You can find the full project on my Behance.

Hello everyone!

I felt like the my latest project, needed a well deserved environment, so I took it for a run to the desert.
This time in different clothes, a stainless steel body, new wheels and more power si I welded two turbos. Some stadium-like buildings to match the lines of the car and some dunes felt like the right fit this time.
The new sun and sky from Corona 6 and a volume grid from jangafx.com played a major role in setting up the mood.

Full project is on Behance.

Hello everyone!
This is a project that started as an automotive studio lighting study turned into remodeling the car to a contemporary approach. The goal was to play with the light to emphasize the shape of the car in different lighting setups. Already shaped by beautiful lines, smoothing up some details, new wheels based on the original ones and a carbon fiber body made this particular Ferrari model look like a Batmobile.

Have a great weekend!

Thank you Juraj, much appreciated!
Yes I had the creative freedom for this project, I needed to design the sets around each carpet.

Hello everybody!

Last year we had the pleasure to help visualize the latest collection of rugs from M. Naziri - traditional Iranian kilims and rugs.
We had a lot of fun working on this project, as carpets are so versatile and can change the energy of a space completely. An important piece of design, decor and functionality, visualizing the beautiful Naziri kilims and rugs has provided us a considerate dose of challenge, enabling us to be fully creative and playful.

Now we can share the first set of studio images we've made for their catalogue.

Hello everyone, here is a little weekend doodle.

I took this gorgeous model by Jakub Przybolewski for a ride through some canyon twisties made with the help of Megascans.

Thank you arqpv!

Totally agree with you about the cooper, needed more work, but due to the scale of the scene I didn't found a perfect recipe for it to work for each camera so I tried to focus more on the general mood.

Hello everyone!

I would like to share with you a few shots of my latest personal project.
The Pit is a a structure that grows in the core of a cave. I played a lot with the light and volumetric fog, and the help of Quixel Megascans.

[Archive] Chaos Corona for ARCHICAD / First impresions
« on: 2019-01-07, 14:03:01 »
Hello everybody,

I would like to share with you my first test with Corona for Archicad. Although it can't fit in my current workflow I decided to give it a try because I love both softwares.
I know that it is in the alpha stage at the moment so I won't comment on the lack of the basics.
The biggest challenge for me I think it was making the materials, and the fact that you don't have viewport feedback only in interactive mode. Also the poxys dind't work for me, I got only black geometry and couldn't assign any materials to them.

Overall I think it is really useful for bim user, really stable and well integrated.
Keep up the good work!

Stefan

And is there a bump map used in the wall material?

Yes, there is a CoronaNormal map in the bump slot, the wall material is from Corona Material Presets Pro.

Why this? It should be zero for testing by time. But of course does not matter if those 3% were not reached during that one hour rendering.

But more important: Do you have a CInfo_SamplingFocus Element by chance for those renders of your initial post? And how high was the denoise amount?

The noise limit is set to 3% because I have to render 12-15 images over the night, and the denoise amount was 0.65

So the two images from the original post were rendered within the same time, right?

Yes, both images were rendered on a 44 core machine in 1 hour on a 2k rez, noise limit set to 3%. The scene has 15m polys or so.
