Hello guys, this problem haunts me from Corona 7, same problem on 8 corona and 9 daily build.

My processor doesn't use all power that he has

I found this problem on 7-8-9 corona when i rendering region render always

P.S. Corona 6 works correctly

Just to note, the workaround to this problem is shared here: https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php?topic=34438.msg191714#msg191714

We are still looking into a fix for this, but right now I don't have a timescale.
