Am I the only one who's material editor is very slow with Corona...1st : my material preview quality is set to the default value (1). Every time I open the mat editor, 3ds max goes ''not responding'' for a few seconds, then all my mats get put in a render queue...it takes many many seconds until I can do something. I don't have a super duper pc (i7 2600k, gtx 670, 8gb ram) but I've never experienced that with any other renderer. Am I doing something wrong? My scene has like 30 materials in total.

Is it better to do effects like DoF in post or directly in Corona with appropriate camera settings? Other than saving render time is there an advantage?

I created this account just to say i'm incredibly impressed by the ease of use of Rebusfarm (with it's app). I've just done my 1st test and it worked so great :-))) Hassle-free render farm for the win!
