Well, I like that house ! Nice one... :)

When I lookin' this images it's looks like mine...And I feel there is the problem with the shades's reflections and the correct balance between the lights and shadows. If you don't calculating with the reflections , then you got this. For example the frame for the windows (indoor) looks like the wall. Same color, same reflections...For my eyes, but I have four! :)
Maru has right, but maybe the contrast is not just the color contrast. For me contrast beetween the light and the shadows...If you have a lot of light on the screen, like this, than should be much darker shadows. Special when there has an snow. I think one of the most important the shadow ! More than the light. When the light is missing, that you never notice...but when the shadows missing or too harsh, than instantly see. Of cours in the overcast day, ther is tha shadow missing...and the sun is missing too...Here you have sun, light...but where is the shadows? You always see first the shadow. You have noticed, when there is no shadows...This is the human eye's "feature"... :) And the colors is too...so I think you have to make saturating it. Just in the output lift the black with 0,05 or less. Or use color correction map and make saturated...There has a lot of controls. So the colors is to harsh and crispy for me...

Well, today I started to figouring out a new workflow to achieve a more correct and close to the real renders...I hope !  I think the reflection is same important like the textures and colors....Well...I just thinking too loud....

Anyway...

I like it ! Just only two observation...

The floor is lost the texture and characteristic. Sorry but for me it's too overexposed...

Another one. The glare on the monitor....The white never make any white glow effect if I have known good. Useally it's bluish, or when the sun's rays make it, then yellowish...Basicly you never see any white glow, haze..etc. The most white thing in the nature is the snow. That never make any white glowing...Maybe yust if mixing the bleu and the orange, but I think that never happen, just in some really special event...or in incident... ;)

Anyway I really like the coach and the lamps ! The colors and the reflection for those is absolutly my taste !

Should I know what was the light rig for the scenes ?

Thank you and all the best !

Hi Boris,

I'm not sure but I seen somewhere an After Effects plugin for make that "heat haze" effect. And I think to simulating in PS it's not a big deal, but I'd never tried... :)

I see...I'm just thinking like this...the HDRI light is good for the ambient light...Sky light for example. That's good. But...when you make an interior like this..than you have an outside...with houses or just an forest landscape. But those houses reflecting the light...Right? So in this case...for the accurate light result you could to use not just the HDRI. Maybe I'm wrong, but when you use an grey or red houses, those have an diffuse light same. This diffuse light playin in the full ambient light.
Than if you try you will see...Just make an plane with light map and use in your texture in it. Positioning and scaling in the right position. In the plane's object properties turn of the receive shadow...and  make shadow or what...Use grey override material and tweek the light material' density. This will make an a gentle light. This is the "dirt light". After use the HDRI and the Sun...Or tweek the HDRI in photoshop.

Just an idea....And you spare the background PS postwork. Just find the correct cam and lights setups...

Hello guys,

I really appreciate for your comments! Really thank you!

For the first render I have only a former render, the light is same, just the candels missing...
For the second one here is the original. It's only jpg. Sorry but the original is too large...

I have agree with fLuppster ! For me same...Now I see, but here was the point to try my new techs... ;)

Well basicly I feel the  problem is there for me  with the lights, I mean with the raw renders.. That's was what I tried to correcting with post and tried some new ideas about the lights. I'm not sure how can I measuring the light intensity and equalizing with the cam's setup (now it's much clearly) and equalizing the diffrent lights on the screen (this is big mess in my mind)...
Maybe I have to make more contrast beetween the shadows and the lights...and make more highlights on the shades...

When I lookin' Bertrand's render...There I see he make a perfect equalizing for the lights and the shadows...and super high post ofcourse.

So, now I started to forget everything about what I known, and started to learn again the lights of the basics. Just I'm not sure about the mesaures and the mats...Something like this one of others infos...

http://www.coolshadow.com/images/research/LEED_and_Daylight.pdf

:( So maybe I just wasting my time...But I feel I'm not...And then I posted those twos...

Anyway, Thanks again and peace for us !

Nice renders, biut for me too much color bleeding on the whites. And somehow the HDRI' sun or clouds' color is different than the sun realistic color. Or now is too late for my eyes...:)

Did you tried a bit desaturating the HDRI, with output ? Maybe that help for the color contrast. Just an idea!

Peace!

Hi druwee,

Appreciate your answer! Thanx !
Yes, that's my general lighting setup too...But after this method in the video I thought a bit far. And in the interior photography somethimes neccessary to use ambient light, back light or softboxes...gels...etc.

I made some renders with HDR+sun, and HDR+sun+softboxes. And the result with HDR+softbox gave more realistic, photography lights in the scene...

I think HDR light with small window useally not enought specially if you use the HDR's EXIF ( if has ) datas to the camera setup.
Than...what you do ? Just use maybe softboxes to lighting...Maybe I'm wrong, but now I just thinking how can I make the light rig for interiors. I just try to keep the camera, the lights in real setups. Maybe I just wasting my time..but the time is endless... ;)

Peace!
