Thanks! I plan to do videos with some time compression as well but have zero experience with Premier/Resolve. This was just recorded straight from AMD Re-Live and uploaded.

I can't cliam credit for much of the detailing. David's model is excellent and most of the parts that aren't his are someone elses as well.

WIP Custom Honda NX650 Tracker in the style of Classified Moto. Base NX650 by David Ullmann, Front end and wheels from GrabCAD. Tyres from Turbosquid. Single sided swing arm, exhaust system and various bits of detailing by myself. Might live-stream/record the material creation. 3dsMax 2017 & Corona 2.0

Nope, the original denoising implementation will stay for the foreseeable future. Both versions will co-exist side by side.

The new DB includes Nvidia's AI denoising (which is limited to Nvidia GPUs) and will presumably be included in the next full release. Will this be replacing the current denoising implimentation or an option in the settings?

It already has a round edges map to blend betweent the weld and pipe, I'll crank it up a bit more though. Heat Gradient is next on the agenda as well as picking up the Weld plugin from Joker Martini to play around with.

Quick test trying to develop a welded (unfinished) exhaust for a Triumph Cafe Racer.

nice test, but those doors have something wrong, the handle positioned too high?

I did think this myself when the render had finished but they are 1100mm high, which is normal regulation height for the UK. The ceiling and lintel heights are the minimum of 2400mm & 2100mm respectively which possibly makes them appear higher.

Decide to try out the new 3D Volume material setting with a distance map to try a create a mysty morning image.
The scene used was just butchered from one I had just finished for a client so isn't ideal, the exterior area is also probably too small but was a fun experiment.
