Queuing cameras to render possible?

I'd like to queue each camera to render one after the other with a certain number of passes per each render. Is this possible?

Batch render? I think alphav5 support batch already

If you render just multiple stills, not animations, and do not use motion blur, then you can simply animate your camera :)
