I've been trying out Corona since just before Christmas, and over the past couple of weeks I've been doing an image a night.  Nothing too complicated, mainly just trying out different techniques; playing with Megascans, SSS and volumetric materials, procedural texturing etc.

So far I'm pretty impressed.  I've been a happy VRay user for the past 3-4 years, but so far working with Corona has been much quicker and a lot more fun.

Cheers

These are super nice, but since it's a scrapbook, I am moving the thread to WIP. Can't wait for a finished work in the gallery though! :)

I like those little fluffy clouds. It's a shame that Corona still has issues with overlapping volumetrics though. Hopefully it will be fixed sometime in the future.

Another image, from a slightly larger personal project.  And a letter I made from this years 36 days of type that we ran across our studio. Sadly, I'm still waiting to use corona on a proper commercial project though.

Trying out the new skin material using vertex colour straight from ZBrush.
