[C4D] I need help! / Re: Render Cinema 4D particles

Maybe following thread can help you:  C4D 2024.4 Particles

First, get yourself 'The Greatest Reference'. There's quite a lot of high class bathroom photography around. Analyze and mimic its look and 'feel' - 'the story'. Because now, you're merely showing some sanitary stuff for a 'dirty-cheap' consumer.

few sources:

ScanBox by Dave Riganelli (works w/ Substance suite)

BTW
no one is ever absolutely fully correct, art is in balance

Image, specs, clear description, steps to reproduce and a test scene, ...  or it didn't happen.
:p

I saw it, but never found real use for it.
My guess too is, that Corona ain't the problem here. So do as noted by Nejc above.
And maybe test w/ different engine, find bypass or solution to Xpresso, also try caching or baking the animation ...

BTW
Next time simply post home link to any extra plugin in use while also providing a test scene with clear description of steps to reproduce the issue.
Makes it easy for everyone to help out and gives you more probability for successful outcome.

IDK, am ignorant as I don't understand how the mesh should "follow the camera"; you haven't provided nothing to investigate/analyze (nor have provided HW/SW specs) to 'really see' the issue...
Care to shed some light on the matter?

True, images or/and test scene would come in handy.
Otherwise, have you tried making geo static (editable)?

Just a note...

It'd be kinda neat to see the scene rendered (to get the feel of what's in play here).

Neat! Glad it has resolved your issue.
Now, here's "How to use commandline rendering in Corona for Cinema 4D?"

Be well. (:

Well, denoising does consume some extra... observe RAM consumption (in task manager). See, if other options, i.e. "save data for later..." do any better.
More on: "How to use denoising in Corona for Cinema 4D?"
BTW, you could also render via command line to use less RAM.

tho you don't need comp. tag for that, disabling object's direct visibility is fine // uncheck "Visible Directly"

Old, but still happens once in a while. Restarting IR helps. In this case, scene was pre-R12.

IME, such issues can be/are prevented using special OS 'cloning/backup' tools...
(ie. "Reflect"; personal preference, since they had free, unlimited time version, 'till not so long ago.)

I too found this strange occurrence with latest Corona plugin.
User set core/thread count is respected, but only when using Cinema's "Interactive render region" (Alt+R), all else uses all cores/threads.
Wouldn't had noticed, since I got single core reserved. After changing that to half, it got obvious.
