[C4D] Feature Requests / Node Editor Changes

Please consider updating the Corona node editor at least with the following:

1. Double click in the window to be able to search for a node, just like the native c4d node editor. Having to click through the menus is tiresome and slow.

2. For the love of god, when copying a node like a bitmap, make the new node the active one instead of leaving the original selected.

3. When adding multiple bitmaps to the node editor, don't stack them all on top of each other.

4. Add the ability to "solo" a node. Unless you mess about plugging it into the color output, how are you supposed to see how it's being mapped etc?

In 3DS Max if you isolate an object the VFB updates to reflect this. In C4D, if I solo an object it doesn't update. Why is this?

[C4D] Daily Builds / Can't get Scatter to work on Dailys

Can't get Scatter to work on the current daily builds. In this example, it's just a simple spline with a tree scatter preset from Cosmos.

Also note the opacity maps are missing from the leaf materials.

[C4D] Daily Builds / Maps missing on Cosmos Materials

Since using the daily builds I've noticed various maps are missing on materials loaded from the Cosmos browser. It's either glossiness maps or opacity maps.

The maps are downloaded, just not active in the material.

Just downloaded the latest V11 daily build and was excited about the changes to the de-noisers except ODIN doesn't appear on MacOS? I tried the same build on Windows and of course it's there :)

Is there a color splitter node in Corona? I.e. take an input from an image and split it into RGB?

[C4D] I need help! / Resize VFB Mac OS

Is is still not possible to resize the VFB on MacOS? Regardless of what my render setting is, the VFB runs at a much larger resolution. I've set a maximum size in Corona prefs but that doesn't make any difference either.

[C4D] Daily Builds / Real World Map Size

Has anyone figured out how to do this in C4D? I.e. in 3DSMax we can just check the Real World Map size option in the UV Map modifier to make sure the texture scales correctly.

I did raise a post on Cineversity and it sounds like the only option is to make geo to measure against which is a complete time killer. 

Wondering if anyone else has figured this out or are we just stuck to eyeballin' it?

[C4D] Resolved Bugs / Corona 9 VFB Renders Blank

Hey all,

Just trying out Corona 8 for Mac and C4D R25 or R26. The VFB launches but renders just white regardless of objects in the scene. The objects show in the alpha pass of the VFB.

I've uninstalled and also tried the Corona 9 nightly build but no difference.

Any ideas?
