Need help choosing a processor

Hi all)
I choose a computer for 3d. I work with 3ds max and corona, as well as zbrush
I can't choose a processor.
I choose between ryzen 7 3700x and intel core i7 10700 (without index k, not for overclocking).
Which of them is more powerful and faster?

Just keep in mind that the first few entries are usually heavily overclocked, so you usually want to take the results from somewhere in the middle.
