Title: MacOS Corona 9 RC2 Tonemapping Preset Path

When adding a preset tonemap to the stack - path to LUT is hardcoded with a windows C: path - so errors on MacOS.

I think we had this previously at some point?

We have resolved this and it should appear in the next release. :)

This should be fixed in V9. Please report if there is still some issue.
